|Connecticut||Michael Weinberg||M||Ineligible district voting||Michael Weinberg and wife Helene Barbara Weinberg lived in a home in Roxbury while simultaneously maintaining a home in New York City. A neighbor accused the couple of not living in Roxbury, and therefore illegally voting in the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 elections. The neighbor also accused the couple of attempting to disenfranchise the votes of other Roxbury residents by sending out an email indicating that one could register and vote in Roxbury if they paid taxes there, and that they didn't necessarily have to live there. The State of Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission determined that the couple did qualify as residents of Roxbury, and didn't send out the email with the intent of disenfranchising anybody's vote, despite the incorrect legal advice.
