Pleaded guilty to 2 counts of voter fraud. (Case #BK2008-007A, Circuit Court, Benton County) 5 years, with 4 years and 6 months suspended. First 6 months under house arrest and then 4 years and 6 months of post-release supervision. North Carolina Contested Election: Allen Dial vs. Theresa Locklear 2013-11 Pembroke municipal Contested Election Ineligible district voting A new election was ordered after the State Board of Elections determined at least 30 votes were cast improperly in the November 2013 Pembroke Town Council election Robeson County officials determined that from 12 to 20 votes were cast using invalid addresses. They also found instances of improper IDs used to prove residency and at least eight instances of improper one-stop, absentee voting. Votes for Allen Dial, who was seeking his fifth term, and challenger Theresa Locklear tied at 299, according to the November results. It is not clear if any criminal charges will be filed. District Attorney Johnson Britt said that his office would review the information. Wisconsin Dan Shansky M 2012-06 Recall Ineligible district voting 1 Dan Shansky left Wisconsin in March 2012 to take a job with a union in California, but still cast a ballot in Wisconsin's June 5, 2012 recall election. The community organizer, who listed the Milwaukee-based Community Action Now as a recent employer, was heavily involved in the protest and recall movement in Wisconsin. The government roll shows Shansky applying for absentee ballots for both the recall’s primary and general elections. Dominguez Juana A. Gil Jose E. Gonzalez Loudes Inoa Ricardo A. Fermin-Cepeda Wilson A. Torres 2010-05 Paterson city council D 2010-12 Jose Ramon Ruiz of Prospect Park, Inocencio Jimenez of Paterson; Lucia A. Guzman of Paterson; Ana Vely-Gomez of Paterson; and Belkis M. Cespedes of Paterson were arrested on charges of second- and third-degree voter fraud and third-degree tampering with public record. Dalila Rodriguez of Paterson, Wilson A. Torres of Paterson, Octavio A. Dominguez of Elmwood Park; Juana A. Gil of Paterson; Jose E. Gonzalez of Paterson; and Loudes Inoa of Paterson were charged with third-degree voter fraud and third-degree tampering with public records. Ricardo A. Fermin-Cepeda of Paterson, was charged with second- and third-degree voter fraud and third-degree tampering with public records but is currently a fugitive. The defendants all allegedly acted as bearers/messengers for mail-in (absentee) ballots. The complaint summonses allege that the defendants tampered with mail-in ballots and/or voted mail-in ballots on behalf of voters who did not receive the ballots or who did not authorize them to vote for them. http://www.nj.gov/oag/newsreleases10/pr20101202b.html
