Wisconsin Ineligible minor voting 2016-04 Primary 2016-04 In person Ineligible minor voting 6 The Brown County clerk's office says at least six 17-year-olds registered and cast a ballot in the April 2016 primary election. De Pere reported that a 17-year-old certified he was old enough to vote. The clerk's office also learned of five other teens who voted around the area. The county clerk says poll workers did not look at the age on the IDs of some of the students. Demet pleaded* guilty to two counts of election fraud after admitting to forging at least seven names on petitions to recall Republican state senator Van Wanggaard in 2011 and 2012. In exchange for his plea, Racine County prosecutors agreed to drop seven charges of identity fraud. Prosecutors in Kenosha County agreed not to charge Demet with similar offenses there. Wisconsin Leonard K. Brown M 2011 2012 Multiple 2013-03 Ineligible district voting 5 5 Leonard K. Brown pleaded* guilty to illegally voting five times in 2011 and 2012 in West Milwaukee, when in fact he did not have residency there. The illegal ballots were cast April 5, 2011; and Feb. 21, April 2, June 5, and Nov. 6, 2012. Brown was convicted of five felonies and now is prohibited from voting until his civil rights are restored. Brown was also charged separately for voting twice in the November 2012 presidential election, in person in Milwaukee on Election Day and by absentee ballot in West Milwaukee four days earlier, and with making a false statement to an election official on election day. Wisconsin Valerie A.Moran F 2014-11 General 2015-03 Ineligible felon voting 1 1 Valerie A. Moran of Merrimac was charged with illegally voting as a convicted felon in the November 2014 general election. A Town of Merrimac official documented that Moran signed the poll list on Election Day, and Moran admitted to voting on that date during a phone interview.
