Dingess said he carried more than $5,000 for Rocky Adkins. Utah Zachary B. Millett M 2006-11 Daggett County Sheriff 2008-03 Registration Fraud 1 Zachary B. Millett was accused along with 50 other people in Utah's Daggett County, in connection with a 2006 election for sheriff. All 51 were accused of fraudulent registration, and many were accused of living outside the county but registering to vote within the county. Florida Lilkevia Williams 2010 Registration fraud 68 In Miami, Florida, former ACORN voter registration canvassers Maurice Childress, Kashawn John, Liltovia Rhodes, Carlos Torres, Evangeline Williams, Lilkevia Williams, and Richard Williams, were all convicted of “false swearing in an election.” Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 34 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or Elections and 34 counts of submission of false voter registration information. Mississippi Joseph Lee Anderson M 2013-09 Hattiesburg Mayoral Special 1 1 Three of seven defendants indicted on voter fraud connected to the 2013 Hattiesburg mayoral elections pleaded guilty last week to misdemeanor charges in 12th District Circuit Court. Alethea Michelle Shaw, 46, Carmon Yvette Anderson, 53, and Joseph Lee Anderson, 53, each pleaded* guilty to a charge of voting out of district of legal domicile. Shaw works as public defender for the City of Hattiesburg’s Municipal Court. Carmon Anderson works as human resources director for the Hattiesburg Public School District. Each defendant received a suspended sentence of six months, was fined $200 and ordered to pay $220.84 court costs. Shaw was cited for voting in the June 4, 2013, general election even though her legal residence was listed in Lamar County outside Hattiesburg city limits. The Andersons were cited for voting in the Sept. 24, 2013, mayoral special election even though their legal residence was listed in Moselle. The indictments were connected to alleged voting irregularities in the 2013 Hattiesburg mayoral race between incumbent Mayor Johnny DuPree and former Ward 4 City Councilman Dave Ware. After a year-long investigation, two Forrest County grand juries handed down seven misdemeanor indictments in October 2014. North Carolina Robert Dean Hudson M 2016-11 General Ineligible felon voting 1 Robert Dean Hudson, who was was convicted of a felony in September 2016 and sentenced to probation, illegally cast a ballot in the 2016 general election during early voting on Oct. 20.
