Texas Oralia Fausto Absentee Ballot Fraud Petition Fraud Oralia Fausto was reported to have been a part of a voting scheme with four others, where he illegally voted via mail-in ballot, as well as registered fake names to vote throughout Starr County, Texas. Fausto completed a pretrial diversion and the charges were dismissed.
Washington Sarah Moore F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Wisconsin Gladys Huber F OTHER Gladys Huber was accused of falsifying information pertaining to candidacy or nomination. She reportedly was a "fake" candidate for the Democratic party, hired by Republicans to ensure there would be a primary before the general election.
California Richard Anthony Floyd M 2006 2006-10 Registration fraud Richard Anthony Floyd and 11 others were charged with fraudulently deceiving voters into re-registering, motivated by a $10 bounty for each new registered voter. Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas charged 12 people with multiple counts of felony voter registration fraud. Connecticut Killingly Kids Count Voter intimidation/coercion Citizens for Limited Taxation filed a complaint against Killingly Kids Count (KKC), a registered political committee, with the State of Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission that alleged the group tried to intimidate voters through its flyers for two separate elections. It also alleged that a school official had "advocated a position on a referendum using public funds," when he called a radio station and told listeners to vote against a measure. After an investigation, the commission found there was no evidence that the group had posted the flyers. The commission also concluded that the school principal made the call during his break and was not guilty of any wrongdoing. The complaint was dismissed. Dismissed

Rhode Island Barbara Riccio F Petition Fraud Forgery Barbara Ricciowas accused of finding names in a phonebook to acquire five additional signatures for a petition.
