Arkansas Jack Crumbly (former Arkansas State Senate candidate) M 2006-05 Democratic Primary run off D Alleged fraud in the runoff election against Crumbly for Senate seat. Allegations included fraud with absentee ballots, forged signatures, voters not signing the bearer book, double votes recorded and 173 ballots never found. The original lawsuit was dismissed, but the state Supreme Court overturned that decision.
