Colorado Unknown impersonators (multiple) Multiple Absentee/Mail Impersonation Multiple deceased voters were found to be on Colorado's voter rolls and having one or more fraudulent votes cast in their names months or years after their deaths. CBS4 discovered the fraudulent voting by comparing databases of voting histories in Colorado against a federal death database. A review of the findings by the Secretary of State’s office confirmed at least 78 dead voters remained eligible to vote. Sara Sosa of Colorado Springs died on Oct. 14, 2009, but voting records show ballots cast for Sosa in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Her husband, Miguel, died on Sept. 26, 2008, but records show a vote was cast in his name in 2009. Nell "Ma" Cluck died Feb. 1, 2009, but a vote was cast in her name in Nov. 2009. Florida Helen Elizabeth Exavier F Non-citizen voting Helen Elizabeth Exavier was one of 15 non citizens charged with voting in various elections. Four of the defendants were also charged with making false claims of citizenship. Ten defendants were convicted, one was acquitted and charges against the remaining four defendants were dismissed. Texas Frank Ross M Frank Ross was charged with illegal voting in Henderson County. No additional information available.
Washington James Minard M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Virginia Delphine Williams 2007 2008 2013-04 Registration fraud - ineligible felon 1 0 In April 2013, a grand jury indicted Delphine Williams and five other convicted felons on charges of giving false statements when registering to vote. The registrations occurred in 2007 and 2008. The six were each indicted on a felony count of election fraud: Mark Winfield Atwater of Portsmouth; James Edward Dorsey of Portsmouth; Brenda Lee Harris of Virginia Beach; Tyrone Stith of Chesapeake; Lisa Charlotte White of Portsmouth; and Delphine Williams of Portsmouth. Indiana Christopher Lopez M 2003 East Chicago Democratic mayoral primary D 2005 Ineligible district voting 4 Christopher Lopez was charged as part of a fraud case brought by the Lake County Joint Voter Task Force that ultimately overturned the result of the 2003 East Chicago Democratic mayoral primary. Son of contractor and "political insider" Mickey Lopez and brother of Michael Lopez. Charged with 3 counts voting in other precinct, 1 count unauthorized entries at polls. Pleaded guilty to unauthorized entries at polls, a misdemeanor.
