Connecticut Mary Oleynick (former member of Democratic Town Committee) F D Absentee/Mail Illegal Assistance Oleynick, a campaign volunteer, was accused of violating procedures for assisting people with absentee ballots and applications. The accusations were raised by a candidate who complained that fraud had taken place because more people voted absentee than usual. Received a civil penalty of $5,000. Lost eligibility for certain election jobs. Ordered to resign from the Democratic Town Committee. Agreed not to solicit or assist with absentee ballots in the future.
Michigan Donald Joseph Disimone M 2000-11 General 2001 Multiple Voting 1 Donald Joseph Disimone was accused of casting two votes in the 2000 general election. The prosecution accused him of intentionally doing it. Missouri Brian Bland M 2006 Registration Fraud Brian Bland was one of eight individuals from ACORN’s Project Vote affiliate, investigated by the FBI and arrested in 2007 for violation of election laws. Arizona Unidentified M 2016 Registration Fraud An unidentified man who is a resident alien, but not a U.S. citizen, registered to vote on a bet with a co-worker. North Carolina Contested Election: Allen Dial vs. Theresa Locklear 2013-11 Pembroke municipal Contested Election Ineligible district voting A new election was ordered after the State Board of Elections determined at least 30 votes were cast improperly in the November 2013 Pembroke Town Council election Robeson County officials determined that from 12 to 20 votes were cast using invalid addresses. They also found instances of improper IDs used to prove residency and at least eight instances of improper one-stop, absentee voting. Votes for Allen Dial, who was seeking his fifth term, and challenger Theresa Locklear tied at 299, according to the November results. It is not clear if any criminal charges will be filed. District Attorney Johnson Britt said that his office would review the information.
