Virginia Traci Manning Foley F 2011-12 Republican primary R 2013-07 Petition fraud Perjury Forgery 15 0 Traci Manning Foley was indicted in Martinsville on five counts each of perjury, election fraud, and uttering a forged public document. Foley worked for election contractor Stillwater LLC, which was enlisted to obtain signatures on campaign petitions for Republican candidate Newt Gingrich in Virginia's 2012 presidential primary. A number of people who signed the petitions did not live at the addresses listed. Bishop, of Jefferson County, Washington, reportedly signed the outside envelopes of two ballots in a 2005 election; one for herself and one for Randy S. Harder. There was no proof she intended to vote twice, so criminal charges were not filed. Iowa Terri Lynn Rote F 2016-10 General R 2016-10 Multiple voting 1 1 Terri Lynn Rote was charged with first-degree election misconduct charge, a Class D felony, accused of voting twice in the November 2016 general election.
