Connecticut Liz Diaz Edwin Garcia Virgen Figueroa F 1996 Democratic Hartford town committee D 1996 Absentee Ballot Registration fraud - non-citizens Illegal Assistance 45 Liz Diaz pleaded* guilty to conspiring with Edwin Garcia and several co-workers to register ineligible voters to cast absentee ballots in a hotly contested town committee race. Florida Benita Teal F Registration fraud 46 Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Teal was charged with 23 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or elections and 23 counts of submission of false voter registration information.

Marshall Christopher Marshall John Cook M 2010 Jeffersonville mayoral D 2011-10 Absentee/Mail Forgery Perjury 48 3 Michael Marshall pleaded* guilty to three felony voter fraud charges involving the improper execution of absentee ballot applications in the 2010 Jeffersonville mayoral election after being charged with 23 counts of voter fraud and 25 counts of forgery and perjury. Marshall admitted he forged absentee ballot applications to illegally obtain the ballots. William Brown and Cahokia Village Trustees Kyle Johnson and Trevon Tompkin also pleaded guilty in the scheme to file falsified applications for absentee ballots then illegally vote them.
