Massachusetts Richard Suchocki Mark Atlas M 2013-11 Worcester municipal 2013-12 Illegal assistance 1 0 Richard Suchocki admitted to helping Mark Atlas commit impersonation voter fraud in the Nov. 5, 2013 Worcester municipal election by providing Atlas with the name and address of another registered voter, but Suchocki died in 2014.before being convicted. Massachusetts Mark Atlas Richard Suchocki M 2013-11 Worcester municipal 2013-12 In Person Impersonation 1 1 Mark Atlas pleaded* guilty to impersonation voter fraud in the Nov. 5, 2013 Worcester municipal election. Atlas admitted voting at the Ward 6, Precinct 5 polling station at 337 Greenwood St. under someone else's name. Richard Suchocki admitted to assisting Atlas by providing him with the name and address of another registered voter, but died in 2014.before being convicted. New York Anthony DiFiglio Anthony DiFiglio William McInerney Anthony Renna John Brown Clement Campana Gary Galuski Michael LoPorto Ed McDonough Kevin McGrath M 2009-09 Working Families Party Primary D Absentee/mail Voter intimidation/coercion Forgery 1 2 Anthony DeFiglio, a Democratic political operative who used to work for the Troy Housing Authority where much of the fraud occurred, claimed the process of ballot forgery was simply a “normal political tactic” and an accepted way of winning elections. DeFiglio pleaded* guilty to first-degree falsifying business records in connection with the 2009 Working Families Party primary in Troy, NY. The WFP was founded by key members of ACORN, and shares many of its political strategies. The WFP has listed ACORN as an affiliate program directly on their Web site. DeFiglio was identified as being one of three men who convinced two mentally disabled men to sign absentee ballots which were later filled in for them. New York William McInerney Anthony DiFiglio William McInerney Anthony Renna John Brown Clement Campana Gary Galuski Michael LoPorto Ed McDonough Kevin McGrath M 2009-09 Working Families Party Primary D Absentee/mail Impersonation Forgery 1 William McInerney admitted to forging hundreds of ballots and applications but only had to plead* guilty to one in exchange for his testimony. He confessed to targeting those in low-income housing situations, and admitted to committing forgery since at least 2007. During the trial for LoPorto and McDonough, defense attorney Brian Premo suggested that McInerney could have been charged with several hundred felonies.
