Walker, pleaded* guilty to a misdemeanor for accepting forged petition signatures from Caitlin Haycock, who illegally signed her parents' names. Wanasek told Haycock she would have to turn away while Haycock signed her parents' names. Wanasek was sentenced to 40 hours of community service and fined $500 as conditions of a year's probation. Wisconsin Louis Kwiatkowski Janice Kwiatkowski M 2009 Municipal Multiple Voting 1 Louis Kwiatkowski and his wife were accused of each voting twice in a 2009 election that was decided by a two-vote margin.
