Connecticut Jack D. Rehm M 2009-11 Ineligible district voting 1 The Town of Darien Registrar of Voters brought a complaint against Jack D. Rehm pertaining to his proper residence after an election. The Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded that although Rehm had voted when not legally qualified, no further action was taken due to mitigating circumstances. Connecticut Sybil Allen (former Democratic Town Committee member) F 2000-03 Democratic primary D Absentee/Mail Illegal assistance Forgery Sybil Allen admitted to absentee ballot fraud in the March 2000 Bridgeport Town Commitee Democratic primary. Allen completed absentee ballot applications for voters, persuaded one person to sign the application for a family member that no longer resided in the home, forged the signatures of two other applicants, and told one voter that a candidate was not on the ballot.
