New Jersey Melvin Howell Felicia Simmons M 2015 Elizabeth school board 2016-04 Absentee/Mail Illegal assistance 1 1 Melvin Howell and Felicia Simmons were each charged with third-degree vote-by-mail fraud in the 2015 Elizabeth Board of Education election for filling out fraudulent applications for absentee ballots. Connecticut Ronald Langdon M Absentee/Mail Ronald Langdon was accused of failing to provide eligibility requirements and penalty warnings required by law when mailing unsolicited absentee ballot applications to senior citizens, as well as allowing others to sign for him or forge his signature as an assister on the applications. Dismissed accusations that he didn't include eligibility requirements and penalty warnings. Ordered to comply with laws for signing as an assister in the future
