Ohio Jacqueline Maiden (Board of Elections Coordinator) F 2004 General OTHER Jacqueline Maiden and Kathleen Dreamer, election board members, were accused of election crimes related to a ballot recount following the 2004 presidential election. Maiden and Dreamer were convicted and sentenced to 18 months in prison, but the sentence was overturned and they were granted a retrial. Both ultimately pleaded no contest. Initially sentenced to 18 months in prison, but that was later overturned. Pennsylvania Unknown suspect 2016-10 General Registration fraud A suspected case of voter fraud is under investigation in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Someone filed fraudulent applications changing the political affiliation of two Frackville residents from Republican to Democratic, state police said. The changes became known when new voter registration cards were received Oct. 21 by the residents, a man and woman from New Ringgold. Connecticut Eva Corrigan F Absentee/Mail Illegal Assistance Corrigan, who worked at a convalescent home, was accused of neglecting to provide information about herself, as required by law, such as her signature, when she helped people with their absentee ballot applications. Received a civil penalty of $100. Ordered to comply with the law in the future.

Washington Donald Sullivan M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. North Carolina Damien Omar Sullivan M 2008 Primary, General Non-citizen voting Registration fraud - non-citizen 2 Damien Omar Sullivan, a Jamaican citizen, admitted in court that he illegally registered to vote in North Carolina in 2005, and then illegally voted in the 2008 primary and general elections. However, Judge Ken Crow dismissed all charges on the basis that Sullivan did not intend to commit fraud.
