Washington Charles Roberts M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Wisconsin Leonard K. Brown M 2012-11 General 2013-03 Multiple voting 2 1 Leonard K. Brown was charged with voting twice in the November 2012 presidential election, in person in Milwaukee on Election Day and by absentee ballot in West Milwaukee four days earlier, and with making a false statement to an election official on election day. Indiana Michelle Chandler (city controller’s office) F 2003 Democratic primary D Ineligible district voting Absentee/Mail Perjury 3 1 Michelle Chandler, a worker in the city controller’s office, was found guilty of one count of felony perjury in a fraud case that ultimately overturned the result of the 2003 East Chicago Democratic mayoral primary. New York John Brown Anthony DiFiglio William McInerney Anthony Renna John Brown Clement Campana Gary Galuski Michael LoPorto Ed McDonough Kevin McGrath M 2009-09 Working Families Party Primary D Absentee/mail John Brown, a former Troy City Councilman, faced the prospect of seven years in jail for his role in ballot forgeries related to the 2009 Working Families Party primary. A plea* deal sought to reduce those charges in exchange for his cooperation. Brown, with his attorney Jennifer C. Zegarelli, pled to felony possession of a forged instrument --the absentee ballot for David Daniel. When the investigation into the Democrats' activities started to heat up, Brown concocted a scheme in which he tried to convince WFP members to put out a press release blaming the entire scandal on former city DPW Commissioner Bob Mirch, a Republican. Connecticut Beatrice Sabatino F Absentee Ballot Fraud Sabatino, who worked at her assigned polling place on Election Day, filled out an absentee ballot for the election. She was accused of not withdrawing the absentee ballot after learning of her polling place work assignment. $100 fine, ordered to comply with the law in the future and lost eligibility to work certain election jobs
California Mark Jacoby M 2006 2007 R 2008-10 Registration fraud - ineligible district Perjury 4 0 Mark Jacoby, owner of a voter-registration company who collected signatures for petition drives, pleaded* guilty to a misdemeanor count of voter fraud after he twice illegally registered to vote at an address where he didn't live, in 2006 and again in 2007.
