Stith, his wife, Sandra Stith, and Leroy Scott Jr. pleaded* guilty to one count each of vote-buying before U.S. District Judge David Herndon, admitting they paid voters $5 to $10 for favorably casts ballots during the November 2004 general election. Washington John Doe5 M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Ohio Damica Engram F 2012-11 General 2013-05 In person Ineligible district voting 1 1 Damica Engram, a Kentucky resident, who cast a regular ballot in Hamilton County on November 6, 2012, is accused of voting in the wrong state. On Election Day, Engram, formerly of Bond Hill, told poll workers that she was a Kentucky resident and presented her Kentucky driver’s license as identification but demanded to vote a regular ballot in Ohio.
