Idaho Kay Annette Hansen F Multiple Voting Accused of voting twice in the Greater Boise Auditorium District candidate election in 2011. Charged with attempting to vote when not qualified or to repeat vote. Pleaded guilty. Received withheld judgment and was given a $287.50 fine and 16 hours of community service.
Connecticut Mary Oleynick (former member of Democratic Town Committee) F D Absentee/Mail Illegal Assistance Oleynick, a campaign volunteer, was accused of violating procedures for assisting people with absentee ballots and applications. The accusations were raised by a candidate who complained that fraud had taken place because more people voted absentee than usual. Received a civil penalty of $5,000. Lost eligibility for certain election jobs. Ordered to resign from the Democratic Town Committee. Agreed not to solicit or assist with absentee ballots in the future.
Connecticut Eva Corrigan F Absentee/Mail Illegal Assistance Corrigan, who worked at a convalescent home, was accused of neglecting to provide information about herself, as required by law, such as her signature, when she helped people with their absentee ballot applications. Received a civil penalty of $100. Ordered to comply with the law in the future.
Georgia Edwin Morris Alexia Williams M 2008 Chatham County Commission Petition fraud 1 0 The Georgia State Election Board imposed penalties against Edwin Morris and Alexia Williams in 2011 for their roles in forging signatures to get David Osborne on the 2008 Chatham County Commission ballot. Charges: 2 counts false swearing in connection with voting and 2 counts of submission of false voter registration information.
