Rodriguez was one of at least 23 people who changed their registration to an address on North Eagle Pass Street belonging to Alton mayoral candidate Jose Picasso in the two months leading up to the election. Connecticut Lori McArthur Francis McArthur F 2008-11 2010-11 General General Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting Francis McArthur and Lori McArthur registered to vote using as their address, the business address for a private mail facility. An investigation by the Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission concluded that both women had violated the law by registering to vote using the business address, by affirming they were bona fide residents when they presented themselves to vote and by casting votes. Due to mitigating circumstances, the Commission ordered the removal of the names from the voter rolls under the busienss address, but ordered no further action be taken. Connecticut Helene Barbara Weinberg F Ineligible district voting Michael Weinberg and wife Helene Barbara Weinberg lived in a home in Roxbury while simultaneously maintaining a home in New York City. A neighbor accused the couple of not living in Roxbury, and therefore illegally voting in the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 elections. The neighbor also accused the couple of attempting to disenfranchise the votes of other Roxbury residents by sending out an email indicating that one could register and vote in Roxbury if they paid taxes there, and that they didn't necessarily have to live there. The State of Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission determined that the couple did qualify as residents of Roxbury, and didn't send out the email with the intent of disenfranchising anybody's vote, despite the incorrect legal advice. Wisconsin Lavelle Morris 2010 Ineligible felon voting 2 1 Lavelle Morris pleaded guilty to Voting by Disqualified Person (Felon) (Felony Class I). Georgia Don McCranie (former county commissioner) Jackson Jones Doyce Mullis M 1996-07 Democratic primary D 1997-06 Vote buying Dodge County Commissioner Don McCranie, sheriff Jackson Jones, and Doyce Mullis were convicted of conspiracy to buy votes in the 2006 Democratic primary.
