California Jessica Sundell Jason Holley F 2006 2006-10 Registration Fraud 1 0 Jessica Sundell and Jason Holley pleaded* guilty to one count of felony voter registration fraud for unlawfully registering voters without their knowledge. They acquired victims’ personal information by checking their IDs and forging voter party registration information in the victims’ name without the victims’ knowledge or consent. Ohio Jacqueline Maiden (Board of Elections Coordinator) F 2004 General OTHER Jacqueline Maiden and Kathleen Dreamer, election board members, were accused of election crimes related to a ballot recount following the 2004 presidential election. Maiden and Dreamer were convicted and sentenced to 18 months in prison, but the sentence was overturned and they were granted a retrial. Both ultimately pleaded no contest. Initially sentenced to 18 months in prison, but that was later overturned.
