Oregon Paul Frankel M 2001-11 Petition Fraud Paul Frankel gathered signatures for five different initiative petitions, but misled voters about their content and effect, forged signatures, gathered signatures from non-voters, and duplicated signatures. Charged with signature fraud. Washington Alfred Parker M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged.
