The matter involved the submission of thousands of fraudulent voter registration cards before a 2001 mayoral primary. Coiner was charged with one count of felony illegal voting and pleaded* guilty to a misdemeanor voter fraud charge after admitting he tried voting twice in the November 2008 election. North Carolina Robert Dean Hudson M 2016-11 General Ineligible felon voting 1 Robert Dean Hudson, who was was convicted of a felony in September 2016 and sentenced to probation, illegally cast a ballot in the 2016 general election during early voting on Oct. 20. Georgia Debra Brown (campaign worker) Tommy Raney F 2007 Jackson municipal Absentee/Mail Illegal assistance 1 Tommy Raney, a 2007 candidate for the Jackson City Council, and his campaign worker, Debra Brown, pleaded* guilty to conspiracy to commit absentee ballot fraud for mishandling more than 40 absentee ballots in the 2007 Jackson City Council race. Raney had won the election by 27 votes. The inspector general determined Raney filled out two voter registration applications for electors; filled out and took possession of 48 absentee ballot applications for electors after they were signed; and filled in elector information on at least two absentee ballot envelopes for electors. Brown was found to have unlawfully "assisted numerous absentee electors" with voter registration applications and absentee ballots. *Plea deal: 2 years probation, $20,000 fine
Massachusetts Richard Suchocki Mark Atlas M 2013-11 Worcester municipal 2013-12 Illegal assistance 1 0 Richard Suchocki admitted to helping Mark Atlas commit impersonation voter fraud in the Nov. 5, 2013 Worcester municipal election by providing Atlas with the name and address of another registered voter, but Suchocki died in 2014.before being convicted. Washington Indra Sharma 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Washington Theresa R. Dedeaux F 6 Theresa R. Dedeaux forged signatures on multiple ballot initiative petitions while working as a paid signature gatherer.
