Connecticut Helene Barbara Weinberg F Ineligible district voting Michael Weinberg and wife Helene Barbara Weinberg lived in a home in Roxbury while simultaneously maintaining a home in New York City. A neighbor accused the couple of not living in Roxbury, and therefore illegally voting in the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 elections. The neighbor also accused the couple of attempting to disenfranchise the votes of other Roxbury residents by sending out an email indicating that one could register and vote in Roxbury if they paid taxes there, and that they didn't necessarily have to live there. The State of Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission determined that the couple did qualify as residents of Roxbury, and didn't send out the email with the intent of disenfranchising anybody's vote, despite the incorrect legal advice. Wisconsin Lavelle Morris 2010 Ineligible felon voting 2 1 Lavelle Morris pleaded guilty to Voting by Disqualified Person (Felon) (Felony Class I). A second charge of Providing False Information to Election Official was dismissed. Wisconsin Marc P. Lacher M 1 Marc P. Lacher was alleged to have cast a ballot as an ineligible voter.
Georgia Don McCranie (former county commissioner) Jackson Jones Doyce Mullis M 1996-07 Democratic primary D 1997-06 Vote buying Dodge County Commissioner Don McCranie, sheriff Jackson Jones, and Doyce Mullis were convicted of conspiracy to buy votes in the 2006 Democratic primary. Connecticut Amparo Castaneda F 2008-11 Presidential Multiple Voting A complaint was brought against Amparo Castaneda alleging that she voted twice during the 2008 presidential election. Washington Marna Cole 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Texas Election contest: Lon Burnam v. Ramon Romero Jr. 2014-03 Democratic primary D 2014-03 Election contest State Rep. Lon Burnam filed a lawsuit challenging his 111-vote primary election loss to Ramon Romero Jr. in March 2014. Burnam, D-Fort Worth, said the goal of the lawsuit is to review data from the Texas House District 90 election to determine if there were hundreds of illegally cast ballots after receiving multiple reports of an illegal computerized-signature vote-by-mail operation run to benefit Romero. http://www.star-telegram.com/news/politics-government/article3850961.html

Washington Kendra Thill 2007-07 Registration Fraud 1 Felony charges were filed against 7 individuals who submitted about 1,800 registration cards on behalf of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN. The organization agreed to keep a better eye on its employees and pay $25,000 to defray costs of the investigation.
