Texas Jose Picasso Salvador Vela 2010-05 Alton municipal Registration fraud Ineligible district voting Leading up to the 2010 Alton city election, 23 voters registered their residency at mayoral candidate Jose Picasso’s home on North Eagle Pass Street. In December 2012 two women were charged with illegal voting for falsely listing Picasso’s home as their residence to vote in the 2010 Alton election. Both were convicted. The city, which ran the 2010 election, found more than three dozen suspicious votes. Washington Denise Ward F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Ohio Jacqueline Maiden (Board of Elections Coordinator) F 2004 General OTHER Jacqueline Maiden and Kathleen Dreamer, election board members, were accused of election crimes related to a ballot recount following the 2004 presidential election. Maiden and Dreamer were convicted and sentenced to 18 months in prison, but the sentence was overturned and they were granted a retrial. Both ultimately pleaded no contest. Initially sentenced to 18 months in prison, but that was later overturned. Michigan Willie David Branham M 2002 2004 2006 2008 Multiple Voting 4 Willie and Darlene Branham (husband and wife) were accused of voting both in Michigan and in Florida in 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008.

Pleaded guilty. (Case #BK2008-001A, Circuit Court, Benton County) 5 years, with the first year in house arrest and then 4 years of post-release supervision.
