Arizona Carol Hannah F 2010 General R Multiple Voting 1 Carol Hannah was registered to vote in both Arizona and Colorado. She voted in the 2010 Colorado election by mail and at an Arizona polling place on Election Day 2010. Virginia Adam Dustin Ward Jennifer Derrebery M 2011-12 Republican primary R 2013-07 Petition fraud Perjury Forgery 33 0 Adam Dustin Ward was charged in Martinsville with 11 counts each of election fraud, perjury, and uttering (passing) a forged document in connection. Ward worked for election contractor Stillwater LLC, which was enlisted to obtain signatures on campaign petitions for Republican candidate Newt Gingrich in Virginia's 2012 presidential primary. A number of people who signed the petitions did not live at the addresses listed. Ward pleaded guilty in June 2013 to 36 similar charges filed by Augusta County.
