Indicted with others for a conspiracy to control county government in Lincoln County by buying votes, keeping some supporters’ property taxes low, controlling county and state government jobs and rewarding supporters by ensuring their roads were repaired. Connecticut David Aldarondo M D Aldarondo was accused of neglecting to provide information about himself required by law, such as his signature, when assisting people with absentee ballot applications while campaigning door-to-door as a candidate for state representative in a Democratic primary. Civil penalty of $500 and ordered to comply with the law in the future.
California Lisa Marrone F 2016-09 California Valley CSD 2016-09 5 1 Lisa Marrone, a member of the California Valley Community Services District Board of Directors, was charged with felony election fraud, including voter registration fraud, fraudulent voting on election day, filing a false declaration of candidacy document, perjury by declaration, and offering a false instrument for recording, by the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office. Washington Sandra Cady F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Pennsylvania Sean C. Stevens (election official) M 2008-11 General 2009-02 Sean C. Stevens, a poll worker, was accused of reaching into a voting booth and changing someone's vote in the 2008 general election. Stevens reportedly admitted that he put a plank over the back of the booth so he could reach in and help people, but denied that he changed someone's vote who didn't want help. Charged with interference with primaries/ elections. Case dismissed; defendant deceased. Ohio Roderice Cortez Lacy Deborah Ramirez Joseph Copija 2008 Petition Fraud 3 Roderice Cortez Lacy worked for a signature-gathering firm and faked signatures trying to get a measure on the ballot. Lacy was not from Ohio and therefore legally could not collect signatures. Charged with 3 counts of complicity to election falsification. Pennsylvania Cheryl Ali F 2014-05 Primary In person Impersonation 1 1 Cheryl Ali pleaded* guilty to two misdemeanor charges for illegally voting on behalf of her mother, who she said was ill, and serving as machine inspector in the 36th Ward's Eighth Division in the 2014 general election although she did not live there.
