Washington Harry Engstrom M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Washington Brianna Debwa (quality control specialist - Tacoma ACORN office) 2007-07 Registration Fraud 2 Felony charges were filed against 7 individuals who submitted about 1,800 registration cards on behalf of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN. The organization agreed to keep a better eye on its employees and pay $25,000 to defray costs of the investigation. Brianna Debwa was charged with 1 count of providing false information on a registration, and 1 count of making false statements to a public official. New Hampshire Josh Adam Hunt M 2008-11 General Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigated Josh Adam Hunt because he reportedly registered and voted for the first time on Election Day without photo identification, and the United States Post Office returned a verification letter sent to his address as undeliverable. His identity was later verified, according to a New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigation.
