Arizona Gina Thi Canova Peter Canova F 2008-11 General 2011-03 Multiple Voting Ineligible district voting Registration fraud 15 1 Gina Thi Canova and her husband Peter Canova were each convicted on a misdemeanor charge of attempted illegal voting for registering and voting twice in the November 2008 general election, in both Maricopa County, Arizona and Douglas County, Nevada. In 2010, Gina Canova voted in elections in both Arizona and Nevada. Arizona Unidentified M 2016 Registration Fraud An unidentified man who is a resident alien, but not a U.S. citizen, registered to vote on a bet with a co-worker. Arizona Rodney Paul Jones M 2008-11 General Multiple Voting Absentee/Mail Ineligible district voting 1 1 Rodney Paul Jones pleaded* guilty to a misdemeanor for voting twice in the November 2008 presidential election, in both Arizona and Colorado. Between December 2005 and August 2008, Jones registered to vote in both Maricopa County, AZ, and in El Paso County, CO where he was doing work for the Air Force Academy. Arizona Michael David Hays (candidate for Mohave County Sheriff) M 2012 Mojave County Registration fraud - ineligible district 2 0 Michael David Hays, former candidate for Mohave County Sheriff, pleaded* guilty to charges of false voter registration and tampering with a public record for falsely claiming on a voter registration form to be a resident of the county. Hays used a campaign worker’s address in Mohave County when he filled out paperwork to run for sheriff.
