Rodriguez said she never sent a mail-in ballot and went to the Hidalgo County Elections Department to nullify it. Rodriguez said a woman came to her house and asked for her mail-in ballot. "She circled the names of the people with the group she was supporting. She told me 'you're going to vote for these three people,'" Rodriguez said. New Mexico Jose Manuel Ramirez (brother of accused former city councilor Angelica Marquez) Angelica Marquez Elizabeth Ramirez M 2012 Registration Fraud Jose Manuel Ramirez, the brother of accused former city councilor Angelica Marquez, reportedly accused of fraudulently registering to vote in New Mexico despite living in El Paso, Texas. Texas Oralia Fausto Absentee Ballot Fraud Petition Fraud Oralia Fausto was reported to have been a part of a voting scheme with four others, where he illegally voted via mail-in ballot, as well as registered fake names to vote throughout Starr County, Texas. Fausto completed a pretrial diversion and the charges were dismissed.
Washington Sarah Moore F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. California Jessica Sundell Jason Holley F 2006 2006-10 Registration Fraud 1 0 Jessica Sundell and Jason Holley pleaded* guilty to one count of felony voter registration fraud for unlawfully registering voters without their knowledge. They acquired victims’ personal information by checking their IDs and forging voter party registration information in the victims’ name without the victims’ knowledge or consent.
