Washington Lisanne Bock F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Charged with 1 count of making false statements under election laws, a Class C felony, and 1 count of voting when not qualified, a Class A misdemeanor. Pleaded guilty to 1 count of False Information and voting when not qualified. Also claimed to have sat on at least one jury trial. Claimed to have voted by mail for "several years." Kurtz Jr. was accused of unlawfully, knowingly and willing voting or offering to vote more than once in three elections. Charged with 3 counts of voting without being qualified.
