California 113 Contra Costa County voters 2016-06 Primary Multiple voting 113 The Contra Costa County Elections Division discovered 113 registered voters voted twice and had both ballots counted during the June 2016 Presidential Primary Election, as a result of an emergency accommodation to the California Secretary of State’s office. Texas Chente Quintanilla (former state representative) Enedina Nina Serna Ruben Lujan 2014-05 Primary Runoff - 2014 D Absentee/Mail The Attorney General's office is looking into voter fraud allegations made by former Justice of the Peace for Precinct Six, Rosalie Dominguez, against former State Rep. Chente Quintanilla and two current Justices of the Peace, Enedina Nina Serna and Ruben Lujan. Serna and Quintanilla allegedly signed up seniors for absentee ballots for homebound residents and unlawfully picked up the ballots at their homes. New Hampshire Stephanie Marie Murphy-Mejia F 2008-11 General Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigated Stephanie Marie Murphy-Mejia because she reportedly registered and voted for the first time on Election Day without photo identification, and the United States Post Office returned a verification letter sent to her address as undeliverable. Her identity was later verified, according to a New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigation. Kentucky Wanda Moore Wilbur Graves Gary Bartley Ronald Muse F 2006-11 General 2010-06 Vote buying Wanda Moore pleaded* guilty to conspiracy to buy votes during the 2006 Monroe County general election and agreed to testify against her co-defendant, former Monroe County Judge-Executive Wilbur Graves.
