Michigan Randy Allen Dunham M Absentee Ballot Fraud Dunham was accused of tampering with absentee ballots at the tech school where he taught.
Mississippi Charles Selmon M Charles Selmon, of Pike County, was not charged. His name was included on a list by Mississippi Attorney General's Office.
Connecticut Felicita Rivera F Absentee/Mail Illegal Assistance Rivera, a volunteer for a political campaign, was accused of being present while eight people voted using absentee ballots and then taking the ballots to mail. Penalty of $5,000, which was reduced to $1,000 because of demonstrated financial hardship. Ordered to refrain from soliciting absentee ballots and distributing absentee ballot applications for two years.
Texas Jessie Martinez Jessie Martinez was mailed a letter. No new violations were reported. Statue of limitations expired.
Connecticut William Harding III M Absentee Ballot Fraud Harding, a city employee, was accused of voting an absentee ballot when he could have voted in person. $200 fine and ordered to comply with the law in the future
Delaware Mohamad Ali Ahmed M 2006 Mohamad Ali Ahmed was charged with tampering with public records. (New Castle County, Superior Court, Case #17-06-01-0139)
Connecticut Maria M. Lopez F Registration Fraud A complaint was made that Maria M. Lopez altered a voter registration card while circulating petitions. No further action taken on complaint.
Tennessee Christina Botts Carrie Botts F 2012 2013-07 Registration fraud Forgery 13 0 Christina Botts was indicted on 13 counts and Carrie Botts was indicted on one count, of voter registration fraud for fraudulently registering voters in Scott County in September 2012. They were altering address information on voter registration forms so it would appear the individuals lived in the city of Huntsville. Christina Botts registered 43 individuals during September 2012 and Carrie Botts registered one person and forged a signature on the voter registration application.
Indiana Christopher Marshall Michael R. Marshall John Cook M 2010 Jeffersonville mayoral D 2011-10 Absentee/Mail 12 Christopher Marshall pleaded* guilty to aiding in deception in order to obtain property in connection with a voter fraud scheme involving absentee ballots and applications submitted in Jennings county in 2010.
