Chente Quintanilla and two current Justices of the Peace, Enedina Nina Serna and Ruben Lujan. Serna and Quintanilla allegedly signed up seniors for absentee ballots for homebound residents and unlawfully picked up the ballots at their homes. Her identity was later verified, according to a New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigation.
