Pleaded guilty January 2007.
Minnesota Adam Charles Bromander M 2011 Ineligible felon voting 1 Bromander, a convicted felon, reportedly voted when his civil rights had not been restored.
North Carolina Adam David Burleson M 2012-10 2013-03 Ineligible felon registration 1 Adam David Burleson, of South Creek Road in Nebo, was indicted in March 2013 on one count of providing a false statement on a voter registration application in October 2012. Burleson falsely swore to a matter pertaining to an election that “I have not been convicted of a felony, or if I have been convicted of a felony, I have completed my sentence, including any probation or parole.” In fact, Burleson had been convicted of felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana in McDowell County on April 24, 2012, and was on probation for the felony when he registered.
Virginia Adam Dustin Ward M 2011-12 Republican primary R 2013 Petition fraud Perjury 42 0 Adam Dustin Ward pleaded* guilty in Augusta County Circuit Court to 18 counts of false statement on required form and 18 counts of perjury (falsely swearing an oath) in connection with a Dec. 2011 incident. Ward worked for election contractor Stillwater LLC, which was enlisted to obtain signatures on campaign petitions for Republican candidate Newt Gingrich in Virginia's 2012 presidential primary. The names or addresses on several dozen of the signed petition forms Ward turned in to Augusta County could not be verified by the state Board of Elections. *Plea deal: ?
Virginia Adam Dustin Ward Jennifer Derrebery M 2011-12 Republican primary R 2013-07 Petition fraud Perjury Forgery 33 0 Adam Dustin Ward was charged in Martinsville with 11 counts each of election fraud, perjury, and uttering (passing) a forged document in connection. Ward worked for election contractor Stillwater LLC, which was enlisted to obtain signatures on campaign petitions for Republican candidate Newt Gingrich in Virginia's 2012 presidential primary. A number of people who signed the petitions did not live at the addresses listed. Ward pleaded guilty in June 2013 to 36 similar charges filed by Augusta County. Co-defendant Jennifer Derrebery assisted prosecutors, and fellow Stillwater employee Traci Foley was also charged in Martinsville. *Plea deal: ?
Wisconsin Adam Mucklin (CVP employee) M 2010 Registration fraud 2 0 Adam Mucklin pleaded guilty to Providing False Information to Election Official (Felony Class I) and Intentional Violation of Election Duty (Felony Class I). Mucklin illegally registered himself to vote, and also registered others as a special registration deputy working for CVP, while he was a convicted felon on active supervision. Both charges were amended to attempted offenses, making each misdemeanors (attempt to commit a Class I felony). Mucklin was sentenced to 4 months incarceration for count 1, and 7 months incarceration imposed and stayed with 1 year probation for count 2. *Plea deal: 4 months in jail, plus 7 months in jail imposed and stayed with 1 year probation
Virginia Adam Ward M 2011-12 Republican primary R Petition fraud Forgery 36 0 Adam Ward pleaded* guilty to 36 counts of voter fraud and perjury after forging thousands of signatures on petitions to get Newt Gingrich on the ballot in Virginia’s 2012 presidential primary. In December 2011, Ward collected more than 11,000 signatures, but investigators could not verify more than 4,000 of them. *Plea deal:
Washington Adele Hann F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. According to the prosecutor's office, the remainder of the cases were not prosecuted and no records were kept on the type of specific charge for the unprosecuted cases.
Mississippi Adrian Garth According to the Public Integrity Division Case View PI-09-00081, Adrian Garth, manager of Aberdeen County Electric Department, was suspected of voter fraud. Charges involved "financial crimes" related to voter fraud.
Texas Adrian Heath (Former Montgomery County Judge candidate) M 2010-05 Woodlands Road Utility District 2012-03 Ineligible district voting Registration Fraud Adrian Heath was one of seven voters indicted for voting outside their district. The group planned to vote in a district where they did not reside in order to elect three of their members to the board of directors of The Woodlands Road Utility District. The group illegally registered in the district by using the address of a hotel in the district as their home address of their voter registration application. Convicted of illegal voting. 3 years in prison and $10,000 fine
