Connecticut Killingly Kids Count Voter intimidation/coercion Citizens for Limited Taxation filed a complaint against Killingly Kids Count (KKC), a registered political committee, with the State of Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission that alleged the group tried to intimidate voters through its flyers for two separate elections. It also alleged that a school official had "advocated a position on a referendum using public funds," when he called a radio station and told listeners to vote against a measure. After an investigation, the commission found there was no evidence that the group had posted the flyers. The commission also concluded that the school principal made the call during his break and was not guilty of any wrongdoing. The complaint was dismissed. Dismissed

Rhode Island Barbara Riccio F Petition Fraud Forgery Barbara Ricciowas accused of finding names in a phonebook to acquire five additional signatures for a petition. Washington James Windham Sr. M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Georgia Lois Reed Carleton Vines Albert Palmour Dorothy Gilreath Steve Chappelear Sidney Johnson Anthony Sparks F 2006 General Absentee/Mail Illegal assistance Carleton Vines and his accomplices (Albert Palmour, Dorothy Gilreath, Steve Chappelear, Sidney Johnson, Lois Reed, and Anthony Sparks) ran an absentee ballot fraud operation designed to rig the 2006 election in which Vines won election as a State Court Judge. Vines’s co-conspirators acted as “runners,” illegally “assisting” voters in filling out their absentee ballots. In many cases, ballots were transported by the conspirators to Vines’s law office before being subsequently mailed. The group signed a consent decree with the state board of election, acknowleding their actions and accepting a public reprimand. Iowa Martia Yvonne Phillips F 2008 Ineligible felon voting 1 1 Martia Yvonne Phillips pleaded* guilty to voting in the 2008 election despite being a convicted felon who had not had her voting rights restored.
