From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Missouri Multiple (27) 2015-04 Kinloch municipal Ineligible district registration The city of Kinloch has raised concerns to the St. Louis County Board of Elections and the Missouri Secretary of State about people being registered to vote in Kinloch who no longer live there. On April 2, the city gave the election board a list of 27 names of people who it claimed were illegally registered. Florida Kashawn John 2010 Registration fraud 4 In Miami, Florida, former ACORN voter registration canvassers Maurice Childress, Kashawn John, Liltovia Rhodes, Carlos Torres, Evangeline Williams, Lilkevia Williams, and Richard Williams, were all convicted of “false swearing in an election.” Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 2 counts false swearing in connection with voting and 2 counts of submission of false voter registration information. New Mexico Angelica Marquez Silvia Gomez Angelica Marquez Priscilla Morales Jesus Dario Hernandez Elizabeth Ramirez Jose Manuel Ramirez Nelson Owens Matthew Valenzuela 2012-03 Sunland Park municipal 2 1 Angelica Marquez was charged with false voting and conspiracy to commit false voting, both fourth-degree felonies, for helping four nonresidents register to vote in Sunland Park, New Mexico using her home address, 140 Mimbre, as theirs, and she helped four other nonresidents register to vote using her home as their mailing address. Connecticut CT ACORN 2008 Registration Fraud Two Republican registrars of voters brought complaints to the State Elections Enforcement Commission that hundreds of registration applications ACORN submitted to them were "problem cards." The Commission investigated ACORN's actions near the registrars' cities, Bridgeport and Stamford. An investigation found there was not enough evidence to "determine that CT ACORN had an institutional or systemic role in designing and implementing a scheme or strategy to fraudulently register or enroll electors" in the two cities.
