Connecticut ADDED SOURCE Douglas Minich M 2007 Municipal Absentee/Mail Illegal Assistance Douglas Minich, who worked for a candidate for town first selectmen, was accused of neglecting to provide information about himself required by law, such as his signature, when he assisted a woman with an absentee ballot application.
