Indiana Roy Davis M 2003 Democratic Mayoral Primary Impersonation Forgery Absentee Ballot Fraud 4 Roy Davis was charged as part of a fraud case brought by the Lake County Joint Voter Task Force that ultimately overturned the result of the 2003 East Chicago Democratic mayoral primary. Charged with 1 count of voting in false name, 1 count forgery, 2 counts of fraudulent application for ballots. All charges dismissed. Dismissed

Washington Robin Sloate 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Louisiana Larry Dauzat (former law enforcement officer) M 2002 Marksville mayoral Vote buying Larry Dauzat was convicted in a bench trial of offering to buy a vote. Suspended 2-year prison sentence 2 years of supervised probation $1,050 fine 40 hours of community service Monthly $50 probation supervision fee. New York Robert LaPietra M 2008 2008-09 OTHER Robert LaPietra was accused of running for Cobleskill village trustee in 2008 even though he did not live in the village. Pleaded guilty to 13 counts of offering false instruments for filing, a class E felony. Arizona Michael David Hays (candidate for Mohave County Sheriff) M 2012 Mojave County Registration fraud - ineligible district 2 0 Michael David Hays, former candidate for Mohave County Sheriff, pleaded* guilty to charges of false voter registration and tampering with a public record for falsely claiming on a voter registration form to be a resident of the county. Hays used a campaign worker’s address in Mohave County when he filled out paperwork to run for sheriff. Texas Jerry Farley M Jerry Farley was investigated as part of the Gillespie County election dispute in 2008. Case declined for prosecution. Letter sent to secretary of state.
