Washington Richard Martin M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Georgia Marion Rhodes (county commissioner) Intimidation/coercion Marion Rhodes, a county commissioner, was accused of intimidating poll workers as a result of confronting election officials about a mistake that involved rejecting a woman's absentee ballot application. The sheriff was called to respond to Rhodes' behavior, but Rhodes left voluntarily before law enforcement arrived.
