Mississippi Adrian Garth According to the Public Integrity Division Case View PI-09-00081, Adrian Garth, manager of Aberdeen County Electric Department, was suspected of voter fraud. Washington John Doe6 M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. California Jason Holley Jessica Sundell M 2006 2006-10 Registration Fraud 1 0 Jason Holley and Jessica Sundell pleaded* guilty to one count of felony voter registration fraud for unlawfully registering voters without their knowledge. They acquired victims’ personal information by checking their IDs and forging voter party registration information in the victims’ name without the victims’ knowledge or consent.
