Oregon Johnny R. Burkett M 2006-02 Forgery 5 Johnny R. Burkett was charged with submitting forged signatures. Pleaded guilty to 2 of 5 counts of making a false statement under election laws, a Class C felony. The other 3 charges were dropped after plea negotiations. 10 days in jail, 36 months of probation, a $750 fine (suspended) and barred from collecting signatures during probation.

Missouri Kenneth Williams M 2006 Registration Fraud Kenneth Williams was one of eight individuals from ACORN’s Project Vote affiliate, investigated by the FBI and arrested in 2007 for violation of election laws.
