Arkansas Eric Fontain Cox (former Justice of the Peace and former school board member) M 2011 State House Primary, Runoff and General 2012-09 Absentee Ballot Fraud Eric Fontain Cox, Amos Sanders, Lisa Burns, Deshay Lorenzo Parker III and Leroy Grant were charged with using absentee ballots to defraud an election official during three special elections in 2011. Special Prosecuting Attorney H.G. Foster of Conway filed the charges after a nearly year-long investigation that resulted in four others, including former state lawmaker Hudson Hallum, pleading guilty in federal court to felony charges. New Hampshire Gregory R. Deperey M 2010-11 General Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigated Gregory R. Deperey because he reportedly registered and voted for the first time on Election Day without photo identification, and the United States Post Office returned a verification letter sent to his address as undeliverable. His identity was later verified, according to a New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigation. California Anthony Ogwo M 2006 2006-10 Registration fraud Anthony Ogwo, along with 11 others, were charged with deceiving voters into re-registering, motivated by a $10 bounty for each new registered voter.
