Connecticut Robin Moayed-Amini F 2008-11 Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting 1 A complaint was brought a complaint against Robin Moayed-Amini by someone who said Moayed-Amini fraudulently used her address to register to vote. A fraudulent registration was submitted, but it could not be proved that Moayed-Amini had submitted it, consequently, the Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded that the matter should be dismissed. New York Clyde Gerbeck M 2005-11 Multiple Voting 1 Clyde Gerbeck was accused of voting twice in the November 2005 election in Syracuse, New York. Idaho Ronald Edwin Prior M Registration Fraud Charged with illegal registrations by voter. Pleaded guilty. $200 fine and 3 months probation. The case was later dismissed.
Ohio Ohio Organizing Collaborative 2015 Registration fraud Forgery In October 2015, the Ohio Secretary of State's office received reports from county boards of elections about suspicious voter registration forms submitted by employees of the Ohio Organizing Collaborative. Boards have described significant irregularities among the applications, including voter registration forms from persons who are deceased, voter registration forms with multiple names, address or identification mismatches, and voter registration update forms that appear to have been signed by someone other than the voter. Wisconsin Louis Kwiatkowski Janice Kwiatkowski M 2009 Municipal Multiple Voting 1 Louis Kwiatkowski and his wife were accused of each voting twice in a 2009 election that was decided by a two-vote margin. North Carolina Damien Omar Sullivan M 2008 Primary, General Non-citizen voting Registration fraud - non-citizen 2 Damien Omar Sullivan, a Jamaican citizen, admitted in court that he illegally registered to vote in North Carolina in 2005, and then illegally voted in the 2008 primary and general elections. However, Judge Ken Crow dismissed all charges on the basis that Sullivan did not intend to commit fraud.
