California 113 Contra Costa County voters 2016-06 Primary Multiple voting 113 The Contra Costa County Elections Division discovered 113 registered voters voted twice and had both ballots counted during the June 2016 Presidential Primary Election, as a result of an emergency accommodation to the California Secretary of State’s office.
