Connecticut Lonnie Reed F 2005-11 Ineligible district voting A complaint was brought against Lonnie Reed alleging that she was not a resident of the town where she cast her ballot. Reed sold her Branford home, where she had lived for 25 years, seven days before an election and was living at the home of friends who lived in the same town. Although she tried to buy a home in the same district, she ultimately moved to an address in District 4. The Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded that because Reed had the intention of buying a house in District 5 at the time of the election, she was not guilty of fraud. Connecticut Lori Pfau F 2009-04 Referendum D Absentee Ballot Fraud A complaint was brought against Lori Pfau alleging that she mailed absentee ballot applications without including warnings and eligibility information, as required by law, and that she did not first register with the town clerk before taking such action, among other charges. Connecticut Monica Matos-Desa F 2008-11 Presidential Multiple Voting Absentee Ballot Fraud A complaint was brought against Monica Matos-Desa alleging that she voted by absentee ballot and in person in the same election. Connecticut Sheila M. O'Malley F 2006-08 2006-11 Primary General Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting A complaint was brought against Sheila M. O'Malley with the State of Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission. O'Malley was accused of not being registered properly for two elections. The first case was because of a mistake in her address. In the second case, O'Malley had moved to a home within the same district but did not update her registration. Connecticut Steven Feltman M Multiple Voting A complaint was brought against Steven Feltmanthat claiming that he voted at two separate polling places during the same election. No further action taken on complaint.
