Wisconsin Richard O. Alverson M 2012-11 General 2013-02 Ineligible felon voting Registration fraud - ineligible felon 1 1 Richard O. Alverson was charged with election fraud after illegally voting in the November 2012 election, despite being ineligible to vote due to a prior felony conviction. Alverson is charged with election fraud – providing false information to an election official. According to the complaint, Alverson went to his polling place in Hustisford, Dodge County, registered and voted. Election workers were busy and did not notice that Alverson was on the list of people who were ineligible to vote due to felony convictions. Wisconsin Leonard K. Brown M 2012-11 General 2013-03 Multiple voting 2 1 Leonard K. Brown was charged with voting twice in the November 2012 presidential election, in person in Milwaukee on Election Day and by absentee ballot in West Milwaukee four days earlier, and with making a false statement to an election official on election day.
