Cespedes of Paterson were arrested on charges of second- and third-degree voter fraud and third-degree tampering with public record. Dalila Rodriguez of Paterson, Wilson A. Torres of Paterson, Octavio A. Dominguez of Elmwood Park; Juana A. Gil of Paterson; Jose E. Gonzalez of Paterson; and Loudes Inoa of Paterson were charged with third-degree voter fraud and third-degree tampering with public records. Ricardo A. Fermin-Cepeda of Paterson, was charged with second- and third-degree voter fraud and third-degree tampering with public records but is currently a fugitive. The defendants all allegedly acted as bearers/messengers for mail-in (absentee) ballots. The complaint summonses allege that the defendants tampered with mail-in ballots and/or voted mail-in ballots on behalf of voters who did not receive the ballots or who did not authorize them to vote for them. http://www.nj.gov/oag/newsreleases10/pr20101202b.html
Ilinois Anthony M.Kimani 2004-11 General Non-citizen voting 1 Anthony M. Kimani, a Kenyan citizen, entered the United States in 2000 on a visitor’s visa, registered to vote in 2003 (after his visa had expired) claiming he was a U.S. citizen in a driver’s license application in Illinois, and illegally voted in the 2004 general election. Washington Marileen Moser F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Georgia Doyce Mullis Jackson Jones Don McCranie M 1996-07 Democratic primary D 1997-06 Vote buying Doyce Mullis, Dodge County Sheriff Jackson Jones, and county commissioner Don McCranie were convicted of conspiracy to buy votes in the 2006 Democratic primary. Mullis pleaded* guilty and testified against Jones and McCranie. Virginia Curtis W. Blankenship M 2015-11 General 2015-12 Multiple voting 1 1 Curtis W. Blankenship of Powhatan was charged with voter fraud for voting more than once in the 2015 General Election, a Class 6 felony. Idaho Kay Annette Hansen F Multiple Voting Accused of voting twice in the Greater Boise Auditorium District candidate election in 2011. Charged with attempting to vote when not qualified or to repeat vote. Pleaded guilty. Received withheld judgment and was given a $287.50 fine and 16 hours of community service.
