New Hampshire Taylor Lanier Peters M 2008-11 General Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigated Taylor Lanier Peters because he reportedly registered and voted for the first time on Election Day without photo identification, and the United States Post Office returned a verification letter sent to his address as undeliverable. His identity was later verified, according to a New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigation. Kentucky Jeffrey Newport Martha Hughes Tony Gumm William Proffitt Corey Page Michael Page M 2006-11 General Vote buying Jeffrey Newport pleaded* guilty to conspiring to buy votes in the 2006 Monroe County general election, along with Martha Hughes, Tony Gumm, William Proffitt, Corey Page, and Michael Page. Washington Cheryl Bersch F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Connecticut CT ACORN 2008 Registration Fraud Two Republican registrars of voters brought complaints to the State Elections Enforcement Commission that hundreds of registration applications ACORN submitted to them were "problem cards." The Commission investigated ACORN's actions near the registrars' cities, Bridgeport and Stamford. An investigation found there was not enough evidence to "determine that CT ACORN had an institutional or systemic role in designing and implementing a scheme or strategy to fraudulently register or enroll electors" in the two cities.
