Washington Robert Hoover M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Virginia Delphine Williams 2007 2008 2013-04 Registration fraud - ineligible felon 1 0 In April 2013, a grand jury indicted Delphine Williams and five other convicted felons on charges of giving false statements when registering to vote. The registrations occurred in 2007 and 2008. The six were each indicted on a felony count of election fraud: Mark Winfield Atwater of Portsmouth; James Edward Dorsey of Portsmouth; Brenda Lee Harris of Virginia Beach; Tyrone Stith of Chesapeake; Lisa Charlotte White of Portsmouth; and Delphine Williams of Portsmouth. California Jessica Sundell Jason Holley F 2006 2006-10 Registration Fraud 1 0 Jessica Sundell and Jason Holley pleaded* guilty to one count of felony voter registration fraud for unlawfully registering voters without their knowledge. They acquired victims’ personal information by checking their IDs and forging voter party registration information in the victims’ name without the victims’ knowledge or consent. Minnesota Anna Nichole Nelson F 2012-11 General 2013-02 In person Ineligible felon voting 1 1 Anna Nichole Nelson, a convicted felon, pleaded* guilty to voting while ineligible in the November 2012 general election, while still on probation. Using Election Day Registration, Nelson voted at a polling place in Carlton County, at which time she completed a voter registration application and signed a certification saying she was eligible to vote. when in fact her voting rights had not been restored. Carlton County Auditor/Treasurer Paul Gassert said that because the voter's ineligiblity was discovered after the fact, there was no way to prevent the fraudulent vote from counting. Georgia Marie Brown F 2007-05 Absentee Ballot Fraud Accused of violating Georgia statutes § 21-2-385(a) and § 21-2-385(b), pertaining to absentee ballots,§ 21-2-409(a), pertaining to assisting voters, and § 21-2-574, pertaining to unlawful possession of ballots. Pleaded guilty.
