M 2008 2010 General Multiple voting Cross-state voting 2 On March 23, 2012, the Ohio Secretary of State said a Fulton County man may have been registered and voted in Ohio since 2006 and North Carolina since 2002, and may have voted in both states in the 2008 and 2010 general elections. Voter registrations in both states have the same name and personal identifying information. California Eloise Garcia-Mohsin (former city council candidate) F 2010 2010-09 9 Eloise Garcia-Mohsin used the address of another person to run for city council in Palm Springs, California while she lived in Arizona. She was charged with 2 counts of voter fraud, 3 counts of perjury and 4 counts of falsely filing election documents. California Sal Castillo M 2006-10 Registration Fraud Sal Castillo along with 11 others, were charged with deceiving voters into re-registering, motivated by a $10 bounty for each new registered voter. Georgia Marion Rhodes (county commissioner) Intimidation/coercion Marion Rhodes, a county commissioner, was accused of intimidating poll workers as a result of confronting election officials about a mistake that involved rejecting a woman's absentee ballot application. The sheriff was called to respond to Rhodes' behavior, but Rhodes left voluntarily before law enforcement arrived. Texas Jerry Farley M Jerry Farley was investigated as part of the Gillespie County election dispute in 2008. Case declined for prosecution. Letter sent to secretary of state.
Washington C. Valenzuela 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged.
